Who we are
CRJ Events is run by Carole Jaffe, 12 High Mount, Station Road, Hendon, London NW4 3SS. We are the data controller for any personal information you share with us. Questions about this policy go to carole@crjevents.co.uk.
What we collect and why
If you call, message or email us, we use your name, contact details and what you tell us about your event to reply, prepare a quote and plan your event. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract. We keep this information only as long as we need it for those purposes and to meet our legal obligations.
Messages sent by WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
Our website host, Lovable, sets two cookies on every visit: one to deliver the site and one for basic visitor statistics. We set further optional cookies only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. These load through Google Tag Manager and help us understand how the site is used and whether our adverts work. If you choose "Reject", none of them are set. You can change your mind at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email carole@crjevents.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
